Overview
New Dimensions Health Fund is focused on control investments of $100-$500 million in healthcare information technology and healthcare services. We invest directly from our fund as well as enable direct investment from our limited partners.

We are focused on control investments in health care services, healthcare information technology platforms, and automated workflow. We are a global investor. We are focused on growing companies with established customers, revenue and product. We execute acquisitions, growth investments and start-ups in conjunction with large corporate partners.
About Us
Overview
We have deep domain expertise in healthcare IT and services with outstanding track records as investors and operators. We invest in opportunities where we will materially improve the existing business and provide new dimensions for significant future growth.
We have a team approach with at least two partners working with each portfolio company. NDH Fund is gender balanced with women representing at least 40% of our investment team.
Team
Steven Yecies is the founder and Managing Partner of NDH Fund. He started the private HCIT and services investments at OrbiMed Advisors and previously built over 40 global e-health businesses at Scient as Founder and GM of the healthcare business unit. He holds an MBA from Harvard, a JD from UC Berkeley, and an AB from Dartmouth.
Two other founding partners have been identified and will join NDH Fund after close of initial fundraising.
Status
Launched
We recently commenced fund raising efforts and are excited about the positive reception we are receiving from potential limited partners. We anticipate the fund being fully operational by year end 2019.
In the interim we do have the capability to execute investments that will fit our fund criteria and are actively seeking investments for NDH Fund.
